Dolphin watching

Dolphin watching in the Atlantic Ocean near the coast of the Algarve is again and again an unforgettable moment. With a little bit of luck they come to join us and play in Brioso’s bow waves. Once in while they keep doing this for half an hour!
In the Mediterranean we were accompanied by pilot whales. Again a special moment. A pilot whale is one of the biggest dolphin species. He can grow up to 8 meter. They live in small groups and they usually stay under water for no longer than 10 minutes. They often hunt for squids just below the water surface.
